Inside Stoop is an independent site that helps you choose a sofa, sectional or loveseat. We write plain buying guides, side-by-side comparisons and clear picks for people furnishing a living room, den or guest room.
You don't need a furniture store's vocabulary to read us. We explain the terms that matter, like chaise, seat depth, modular and boneless, in everyday words.
What we cover
Our guides cover L-shaped, U-shaped and oversized sectionals, three-seat sofas and loveseats, and leather, corduroy and chenille fabrics. We also answer the questions buyers ask most, like how to measure a room, how to get a big piece through a door and how to clean a couch.
We compare models from many of the brands sold on Amazon, from long-time names to newer boxed-couch makers. New guides arrive over time.
What we do
For every sofa we cover, we read the product details, dimensions and maker information. We also look at what buyers often say about it after it arrives.
